Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to a $75 cancellation fee on or prior to
March 20, 2009. After that date, no refunds will be given.

*All fees must be paid in U.S. dollars. Checks must be drawn in U.S. dollars, on a U.S. bank, and made payable to the American Society of Andrology (ASA) (Tax ID #38-2138414). Be sure to print your name on the check.
